D26 SUMMER CAMPS: ATHLETICS & DRAMA
Registration is now open for District 26 Summer Camps. Camps will take place throughout June and July and are offered for all ages and interests. Please note that there is a limited number of spaces for the crate stacking camps and that enrollment in these camps will be on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Ms. Bemis with any camp related questions.
At this time, 8th graduations is scheduled for 7:00PM on Thursday, June 2nd at Cary Grove High School If there are school closing days due to weather, the date will be pushed back one day for every day missed school day, up until June 10th. We recommend that families do not plan vacations prior to June 10th.
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
Pending no emergency or snow days, the last day of school will be Friday, June 3rd. This is a half day of school.

8TH GRADE DANCE
The 8th grade dance will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, June 1st at
Cary Junior High School. Students must be in attendance during the school day in order to attend the dance.
CJH Homework Club takes place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:45-3:30 PM through mid-May. Certified staff will be available for any student who is in need of assistance, and access to a computer lab will be provided. Sign-up is not necessary.
Transportation is not provided.
Please collect and turn in your Box Tops and help raise money for CJH. Students should turn Box Tops into their homeroom teacher by the following collection date: May 20th.

6TH GRADE PARENT ORIENTATION

TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES QUALIFY FOR STATE
Congratulations to the 7th grade girls who won Sectionals, the 7th grade boys who were second, and the eighth grade boys who were third! State qualifiers are 7th grader Lindsey Norberg in the 100 and 200, 7th grader Megan Pack in the shot put and discus, 7th grader Zach Stordahl in the shot put and discus, and 8th grader Brad Peters in the 400 meter run. The coaches are proud of all Sectional athletes!

Text-A-Tip is an anonymous texting service that allows teens to find immediate help for themselves or a friend. The service targets middle and high school students, is available 24/7, is completely anonymous, and is staffed with trained, licensed counselors to support teenagers who have a concern or a crisis.
