CJH Homework Club starts this week. From 2:45-3:30 PM, students have the opportunity to stay after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until mid-May. Certified staff will be available for any student who is in need of assistance, and access to a computer lab will be provided. Sign-up is not necessary. Transportation is not provided.

TRACK PARENT MEETING
There will be a track informational parent meeting on February 23rd at 6:30 in the band room. This meeting is for parents of students that are new to track this season, not parents of returning athletes.
100th DAY OF SCHOOL CAN FOOD DRIVE
As a part of our 100th Day of School Celebration, our staff and students will work to collect 100 items of food or household supplies per grade level to help replenish the Cary-Grove Food Pantry. Students are asked to bring in non-perishable items thru February 9th. Bins will be located outside of each of the houses, as well as at the entrances to the school and in the library.
Please join us in celebrating the 100th day of this school year and help our community!
Friday, February 26th from 6:30-8:30 PM. Tickets are $3, which includes one glow necklace when you arrive.

This is an excellent tool for making sure your child is keeping up with their homework, as it allows you to check grades earned on individual assignments and tests. At this time, 8th graduations is scheduled for 7:00PM on June 2nd at Cary Grove High School If there are school closing days due to weather, the date will be pushed back one day for every day missed school day, up until June 10th. We recommend that families do not plan vacations prior to June 10th. The date is typically confirmed following spring break. More info to follow.

Text-A-Tip is an anonymous texting service that allows teens to find immediate help for themselves or a friend. The service targets middle and high school students, is available 24/7, is completely anonymous, and is staffed with trained, licensed counselors to support teenagers who have a concern or a crisis.
